Welcome Aboard!
S/V Hannah is a Shannon 38 ketch. Shannons are renowned for both classic beauty and strong construction. Under her billowing cloud of sails, there is ample seating in her cockpit at the rear of the boat. A spacious foredeck up front provides beanbags for lounging and taking in the scenery. US Coast Guard regulations allow us to carry a maximum of six passengers, and the boat carries a full complement of safety gear. Check our page on what to bring to prepare for your charter.
The Shannon Boat Company built its reputation on robust, New England yacht construction with heavy emphasis on safety and ease of handling. Wide side decks and plenty of grab rails make it easy to move about. There is a Shannon sailing every ocean in the world and many have circumnavigated.
